PROCEDURES

Students may direct that all of the Directory Information in ATCC Policy 2.5 Student Directory Information be withheld from public disclosure by completing a form. The form to request the withholding of Directory Information can be completed in MyATCC.

If a student requests to have all or a portion of their Directory Information or Limited Directory Data withheld, the request will remain in effect until the student rescinds the request in writing.

Students should note that withholding Limited Directory Data may result in limited functionality of Microsoft Office 365.
