Alexandria Technical and Community College’s administrative structure is organized to accomplish the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The college’s administrative structure may occasionally change in order to adapt to changing
conditions, to serve the best interests of students, employees, the community, and for optimal operation of the college.
Administration
President
The President provides overall decision-making for the college and serves as a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities’ Leadership Council.
President’s Cabinet
The President’s Cabinet (PC) has a critical role in the college’s planning and decision-making process to include oversight for policies and procedures, and human and financial resources. PC consists of the following individuals:

- Vice President of Advancement and Outreach/Executive Director of Foundation
- Chief Human Resources Officer
- Associate Vice President of Workforce Development
- Chief Financial Officer
- Executive Assistant to the President
Leadership Council
Leadership Council (LC) is a consultative body that shares information, discusses issues, seeks consensus, develops policies and procedures, and provides recommendations to the PC on resource allocation. LC consists of the following individuals:

- Dean of Educational Services (Business/IT, Design, Technology Support & Reprographics)
- Dean of Educational Services (Nursing, Health)
- Dean of Educational Services/Associate Vice President of Workforce Development (Nuclear Technology, Engineering, CT/CE, MN Global Military Network, & Distance MN)
- Dean of Educational Services (Manufacturing, Transportation, Student Services, Support Services, Counseling, Student Activities, PSEO/Perkins & Athletics)
- Associate Dean of Educational Services (Law Enforcement/PPOE Coordinator & EDI)
- Chief Human Resources Officer
- Business Manager/CFO (Managerial Plan)
- Director of Facilities & Security (Managerial Plan)
- Director of Marketing & Communications (MMA)
