Limited English Proficiency (LEP)
ATCC recognizes Limited English Proficiency (LEP) students as those who have a sufficient difficulty speaking, reading, writing and/or understanding the English language.
Registered students
may be eligible for services if they are not a native of the United States or have a native language other than English and/or come from a home where another language, other than English, is predominately used.
An English as a second language (ESL) tutor is available for individual or small groups to assist with language skill improvement, practice, and or/academic support.
