Important Dates: 2024-2025 Academic Year
- August 1-September 3: Book charging available for fall semester
- August 26: Fall semester begins
- August 30: Course add deadline/drop deadline for 100% tuition refund
- August 30: Fall registration cancellation for non-payment
- September 5: Fall financial aid applied to student account
- September 6: Excess financial aid funds deposited
- September 9: Fall 75% tuition refund date for total withdrawal
- September 16: Fall 50% tuition refund date for total withdrawal
- September 23: Fall 25% tuition refund date for total withdrawal
- September 30: Fall bills are due in full or $50 late fee will be applied to student account
- December 23: Fall semester ends
- December 1-January 21: Book charging available for spring semester
- January 13: Spring semester begins
- January 17: Course add deadline/drop deadline for 100% refund
- January 17: Spring registration cancellation for non-payment
- January 23: Spring financial aid applied to student account
- January 24: Excess financial aid funds deposited
- January 27: Spring 75% tuition refund date for total withdrawal
- February 3: Spring 50% tuition refund date for total withdrawal
- February 10: Spring 25% tuition refund date for total withdrawal
- February 18: Spring bills are due in full or $50 late fee will be applied to student account
- May 14: Spring semester ends
- May 14: Graduation
- April 1-May 27: Book charging available for summer semester
- May 19: Summer semester begins
- May 23: Course add deadline/drop deadline for 100% refund
- May 23: Summer registration cancellation for non-payment
- May 29: Summer financial aid applied to student account
- May 30: Excess financial aid funds deposited
- June 2: Summer 50% tuition refund date for total withdrawal
- July 11: Summer bills are due in full or $50 late fee will be applied to student account
- August 12: Summer semester ends
