Housing Options

ATCC students who need housing in the Alexandria area have three options. The ATCC Foundation has student housing adjacent to the campus and the Alexandria community has many rental options available to students, and students can connect in our Roommates Group to find a roommate or a place to live.

ATCC Foundation Student Housing

Alexandria College has two student housing units on campus, providing safe, conveniently-located housing to approximately 300 students. 1-bedroom studio units, 2-bedroom units, and 4-bedroom units are available. All units are fully furnished and include bathrooms and a full kitchen, plus WiFi. Laundry available on-site.

  • The ATCC Foundation Student Housing applicaion opens on January 1, and applications begin being processed in February.
  • If students wish to room together, all applicants need to include the other student's name(s) on their application.
